Chief Instructor
Miller, the
founder of Dallas Military Fitness, is a physical fitness
enthusiast and certified Cooper Institute Personal
Trainer (CI-PTr) and certified in CPR by the American Heart
Association.

Miller has over 10 years experience
in
Boot Camp fitness training. Miller trained for 2 years under
Navy Lieutenant & Chief Instructor
Chuck Howard in his B.O.D.Y. Boot Camp
program founded at White Rock Lake in 1999.
In 2004 Chief Howard retired and Miller founded Dallas Military Fitness
to continue the program and now in it's 10th year it is the
longest running fitness boot camp in Dallas. Dallas
Military Fitness joined the
For the Love of The Lake in
2004, a non-profit all volunteer group
dedicated keeping White Rock Lake beautiful and clean. In
2005
Dallas Military Fitness was
assigned the Winfrey Point area
in the Adopt-A-Shoreline program, a
Dallas Park and Recreation program administered by For The Love
Of The Lake,
and in 2006 won the "Best New Group" award.
Miller's
team runs each year in the Dallas White Rock Marathon Relay and has
finished in the
Top 10 in the Cox Corporate
Challenge.

Miller is an
avid
polo player in the Dallas area and carries a
2-goal rating and has played with Prince Charles
in England. Miller's polo team has the most successful winning
streak of any team in North Texas. Miller is actively
involved in several Dallas area charities including
The Family Place,
Bryan's House and
For the Love of the Lake.
